Serving Our Neighbor (SON) is a week of summer service for middle schoolers who have completed 6th grade; they spend their mornings doing community service work in downtown Washington and lunchtime together discussing their experiences.
Associate Rector for Family Ministry 202-363-4119, EXT. 248 The Rev. Amy Molina-Moore joined the community at St. Columba’s as associate rector for formation and pastoral care in December of 2016. In December 2020, her role has transitioned to Associate Rector for Family Ministry. Prior to her arrival here, she was curate at Christ Church Christiana Hundred in Wilmington, DE where she oversaw pastoral care and parish life. Amy is passionate about connecting people to God, creation and one another. Amy was an Americorp member based in East Harlem, NYC when she discerned a call to seminary. She began her studies at Princeton Theological Seminary in the fall of 2010. It was during those years that Amy found her home in the Episcopal Church and began to hear the Holy Spirit’s call to the priesthood. Amy brings a fresh perspective and an inquisitive mind to this ministry. She is committed to listening to the Holy Spirit’s leading and to perfecting the art of play. Amy received her BA with honors from Rutgers University, an M.Ed. from Lesley University, an M.Div from Princeton Theological Seminary and received her Diploma in Anglican Studies from Virginia Theological Seminary.The Rev.
